DRESS
The invition says "Formal Dress Required, Extravagance Encouraged!"
We realize that not everyone has what's usually thought of as "formal wear", but nevertheless we'd like everyone to dress up as much as possible.
If it helps, think of the theme as being "fancy dress masquerade without the masks."
